In this role, you will lead market intelligence and compensation analytics across a diverse, rapidly evolving workforce. You will combine external labor market insights with internal data to identify talent trends and risks, assess our competitive position, and develop actionable recommendations for Compensation, HR, Recruiting, and business leaders.
