About the Role NPI planning visibility is the core of this role. The NPI Analyst supports engineering resource planning for new product introduction and qualification activities by turning data into clear insight, resource visibility, and stronger execution support. This role is primarily analytics-focused, while also partnering across teams to keep priorities aligned. Key Responsibilities Resource Analytics: Analyze engineering resource demand, workload trends, and planning gaps across NPI and qualification activities Reporting and Visibility: Build and maintain dashboards, trackers, and summaries that support resource decisions and milestone visibility Cross-Functional Coordination: Partner with engineering and operations teams to gather inputs, align priorities, and surface execution risks Must Have Skills Analytics: Strong ability to analyze planning data and turn it into actionable insight Planning Discipline: Ability to track workload, milestones, and resource needs across multiple priorities Cross-Functional Communication: Ability to work across teams to gather information, clarify issues, and maintain alignment Preferred Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and related experience Experience in NPI, engineering operations, project planning, resource analysis, or manufacturing support is a plus Fresh graduates are welcome to apply Familiarity with reporting tools, planning systems, and spreadsheet-based analysis is a plus For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
