Your primary role will be to guide and aid in the implementation and transformation of end-to-end multidomain customer projects and the ongoing improvements of end-to-end service and automation. What you will do: \- Create a pool of service level experts, helping shift business focus from maintaining domain KPIs to improving end-to-end service KPIs. \- Cooperate with CUs, partaking in new feature tests, offering improvements request, and suggesting new ones. \- Execute local Strategy Infrastructure Product (SIP) Life Cycle Management (LCM) activities regarding new or enhanced service and resource deployment. \- Take on a driving role in the comprehensive automation in customers' networks, utilizing cross-domain and end-to-end competencies. \- Lead investigations during multidomain troubleshooting and ensure consistent analysis across all areas. \- Participate in presales, building relations with new and potential customers, performing thorough E2E solution and impact analyses. \- Propose enhancements to the E2E solution, aiming to boost service quality or network maintenance efficiency.
