Job Function: Project/Program Management Group Job Sub Function: Project/Program Management Job Category: People Leader All Job Posting Locations: Singapore, Singapore Job Description: Director, MTSC Transformation APAC will lead enterprise-wide transformation execution with Orthopedics separation in APAC, enabling broader MedTech Supply Chain [MTSC] transformation agenda. This role serves as the enterprise transformation integrator for APAC J&J MedTech, responsible for orchestrating cross-functional execution, governance, deployment prioritization, and enterprise alignment across strategic supply chain initiatives. This includes the need to operate at the intersection of strategy and execution, ensuring enterprise transformation priorities pertaining to Supply Chain Orthopedics separation from J&J MedTech are translated into operational delivery that are within key milestone and investment targets, while ensuring service continuity, organizational alignment, and executive governance rigor. The position is responsible for the effective Orthopedics Separation relating to J&J MedTech Supply Chain including Legal Entity Separation, network segmentation, asset disentanglement, system and data separation and transitional service agreements. The focus is to ensure supply chain operations and financials are effectively transitioned to Orthopedics organization within milestones and financials, whilst ensuring remaining J&J MedTech meets organization effectiveness and financials whilst delivering service to our patients and growth. The role partners closely with Orthopedic Separation Office and Governance, Legal Entity Separation [LES] Governance, Logistics Operations Leads, Customer Solutions Leads, MT Optimize Governance, Network Strategy, Logistics Transformation, BU Leaders, HR, Regulatory, Quality, Legal, ERP/Digital and Finance regionally and globally. It is expected that the role leads executive communication and instill confidence with commercial stakeholders and global leaders, ensuring transformation initiatives are executable, aligned, and value driven. Strategic Value Proposition This role enables effective Orthopedic Separation from J&J MedTech and enterprise transformation execution by integrating strategic initiatives, operational readiness, governance, and cross-functional delivery into a cohesive transformation engine supporting future-state MTSC evolution. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Orthopedic Separation & Strategic Program Execution Lead cross-functional orchestration supporting separation readiness and stabilization Ensures effective and timely handover to Orthopedic supply chain that will be newly established Manage key dependencies across supply chain, logistics, ERP, planning, commercial, and finance teams Drive enterprise issue/risk escalation management and mitigation planning Accountable for J&J MedTech Supply Chain [Remain Co] operates with high efficiency and effectiveness as Orthopedics get separated Support post-separation operational stabilization, accelerating transformation agenda in J&J MedTech Supply Chain Enterprise Transformation Leadership Lead enterprise transformation governance supporting Orthopedic separation and broader MTSC strategic initiatives Drive integrated transformation roadmap management across functions, regions, and workstreams Ensure alignment between priorities, operational readiness, and deployment sequencing Establish governance mechanisms to accelerate execution and remove organizational barriers Executive Governance, Financial & Stakeholder Management Lead executive steering cadence and governance forums Prepare executive decision materials, transformation updates, and escalation recommendations Partner with senior business and functional leaders to drive alignment and decision-making Ensure justified investments are secured to enable effective transformation Influence prioritization across competing enterprise initiatives Transformation Integration & Deployment Ensure deployment sequencing across strategic programs, network optimization initiatives, ERP integrations, and operational transformations Ensure enterprise readiness across process, systems, operations, and organizational dimensions Support transformation acceleration through structured governance and execution discipline Cross-Functional Collaboration Global Orthopedics Separation Governance Global MTSC Transformation Office MT Optimize Governance Region Logistics Operations Leads Region Functional Leads eg. Quality, RA Region / Global Procurement Region Network Strategy ERP/Digital/Technology Teams Finance Commercial Leadership External: Consultants QUALIFICATION Minimum Required Experience Bachelor of Business / Science / Engineering / Supply Chain Master of Business Administration 10-15+ years of progressive supply chain, transformation, strategy, or operational leadership experience Must have regional / global experience in leading large complex cross-functional transformation programs in highly matrix global organizations Strong stakeholder management and executive communication capabilities Demonstrated ability to thrive and drive execution in highly matrixed environments, effective in working in a “pod” environment Experience managing ambiguity, competing priorities, and organizational change - Strong collaboration, partnering and negotiation skills - Strong communication skills, ability to articulate and simplify situation and issues with clear actions to all stakeholders to instill trust and confidence - Problem solving mentality and “can do” attitude. Able to analyze multiple data sources in high pressure environments to give prompt recommendations & solutions Preferred Experience MedTech, healthcare, pharma or complex regulated industry experience Experience supporting business separations, integrations, or large-scale transformation programs Exposure to mergers & acquisitions, business separations, supply chain strategy and transformation, or ERP transformation programs Consulting plus industry transformation experience preferred - PMP, Lean Six Sigma, ADKAR certification is desirable LEADERSHIP PROFILE Successful candidate will demonstrate the following leadership capabilities: Enterprise Mindset - Thinks beyond functional, regional, or program-specific priorities to drive outcomes that optimize value for the broader enterprise.Able to connect transformation priorities, operational realities, commercial implications, organizational readiness, financial objectives, long-term operating model evolution.
