Description: At GE HealthCare, we're looking for a motivated student interested in manufacturing, productivity improvement, business analysis, and project coordination. In this role, you will support productivity initiatives across the manufacturing organization by working closely with Engineering, Operations, and Finance teams. You will help track projects, validate savings opportunities, analyze data, and support continuous improvement efforts that contribute to business performance. This internship is ideal for students who enjoy working with data, solving problems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Key responsibilities/essential functions include: Support manufacturing productivity and cost-saving projects. Assist in tracking project timelines, milestones, and deliverables. Analyze operational and financial data using Excel and Power BI. Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineers and Finance teams to evaluate project results. Conduct time studies, process observations, and equipment validations when required. Support savings calculations and productivity reporting. Create dashboards, reports, and presentations to communicate project progress. Participate in meetings with cross-functional teams and provide project updates. Help identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies. Quality Specific Goals: Aware of and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required Required Qualifications: Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in: Industrial Engineering Mechanical Engineering Mechanical Administrative Engineering Industrial & Systems Engineering Business Engineering Or related fields 6th semester or above. Advanced Excel skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset. Good communication and teamwork skills. English proficiency to work in a professional environment. Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of Power BI. Basic understanding of manufacturing processes. Exposure to project management concepts. Knowledge of productivity metrics, cost analysis, or continuous improvement. Basic knowledge of finance or accounting concepts.
