As a Senior Logistics Specialist in the Customer Order Management team, you will play a pivotal role in enabling the seamless flow of our products to customers. This position involves orchestrating the entire order lifecycle, from initial placement to final delivery, working within a dynamic and complex supply chain environment. Main Responsibilities: Process customer orders and optimize order size in the SAP system on a daily basis. Be a single point of contact for customer issues and questions regarding order status. Analyze data and lead processes within the Customer Service team. Collaborate internally and externally with partners such as multifunctional teams, warehouses, carriers, and customers to ensure smooth product flow. Identify and resolve potential issues (e.g., capacity constraints, product availability). Drive improvements in work processes and critical performance metrics.
