Position Responsibilities Own the product vision, strategy, roadmap, backlog, prioritization, delivery, adoption, and value measurement for digital products supporting Category and Brand Operations teams. Partner with Category, Brand, Media, Analytics & Insights, and Agency stakeholders to understand business problems and translate them into scalable digital product capabilities. Build strong understanding of how categories function, including mental availability, physical availability, market share, penetration, portfolio performance, innovation, consumer behavior, and shopper journeys. Develop working knowledge of the brand management lifecycle including brand health, equity, media planning, campaign execution, post-evaluation, asset management, and business stewardship. Work with business teams to leverage data sources such as Nielsen, HHP, BARC, retail data, campaign data, consumer research, and internal business performance data. Drive product capabilities that improve media planning, campaign measurement, category analytics, marketing effectiveness, business reporting, and self-service decision-making. Bring MarTech understanding into product strategy, including concepts such as first-party data, customer data platforms, audience segmentation, match rate, identity resolution, OTT, programmatic media, CPA, CPM, CPC, ROAS, attribution, and campaign performance measurement. Collaborate with engineering, data, design, architecture, and vendor teams to convert business requirements into workable solutions. Define product KPIs, adoption metrics, value metrics, and operational health measures to ensure products deliver measurable business impact. Drive user adoption through communication, training, change management, stakeholder engagement, and continuous feedback loops. Ensure product decisions balance business value, user experience, data quality, technical feasibility, security, stewardship, and long-term sustainability. The Ideal Candidate Is a business-first Product Manager who understands that digital products must solve real business problems, not just deliver technology features. Has strong curiosity about brands, consumers, categories, media, marketing effectiveness, and how data influences business decisions. Can comfortably engage with Category Leaders, Brand Managers, Media Planners, Analytics teams, Agencies, Engineers, and IT partners. Understands how brands grow and can connect concepts like mental availability, physical availability, consumer insight, media reach, and campaign effectiveness to digital product opportunities. Has strong product management fundamentals including vision setting, roadmap ownership, prioritization, user discovery, backlog management, adoption, and value realisation. Is analytically strong and comfortable working with business KPIs, dashboards, data sets, campaign metrics, and performance signals. Has working knowledge of MarTech and digital media concepts, and can participate in meaningful discussions on audience data, match rate, OTT, CPA, attribution, and campaign measurement. Is able to simplify complex business problems, structure ambiguity, influence stakeholders, and communicate with clarity. Has strong ownership, bias for action, collaboration skills, and ability to operate in a fast-moving, multifunctional environment. MBA from a recognized institution, in Marketing, Strategy, Analytics, General Management, Information Management or related discipline. 5-8 years of experience in Product Management, Digital Transformation, Marketing Technology, Analytics, Brand Operations, Category Management, Consulting, or related business-facing roles. Experience working directly with business stakeholders to translate business needs into digital products, analytics solutions, or technology-enabled capabilities. Strong understanding of product management fundamentals including product vision, roadmap, prioritisation, backlog management, user adoption, and value measurement. Experience working with data-driven decision-making, business KPIs, dashboards, reporting platforms, or analytics products. Strong communication, stakeholder management, influencing, and problem-solving skills. Experience working with cross-functional teams across business, IT, data, design, vendors, or external partners. Preferred Experience in FMCG, Consumer Goods, Retail, E-commerce, Media, Marketing Analytics, or Consumer Insights. Exposure to Nielsen, HHP, BARC, media measurement, campaign analytics, customer data platforms, or MarTech platforms.
