Summary of Position: We are seeking a highly organized and analytical Systems Analyst to support Digital Health programs by driving operational excellence, system governance, process optimization, and project financial oversight. This role serves as a bridge between Engineering, Product, QA, Operations, and Business stakeholders, ensuring effective tracking, reporting, and coordination across multiple initiatives. The Engineering Systems Analyst will be responsible for maintaining project visibility through Jira and Confluence, analyzing operational and financial metrics, supporting governance processes, and enabling data-driven decision-making across Digital Health programs. Key Responsibilities: Business & Systems Analysis Analyze business and operational processes to identify improvement opportunities and support delivery objectives. Gather, document, and maintain business requirements, process workflows, and system-related documentation. Develop reports, dashboards, and metrics to provide visibility into project health, risks, and delivery performance. Project Financial & Operational Analysis Track project budgets, forecasts, and actual expenditures across Digital Health initiatives. Monitor spending trends and identify budget variances, risks, and opportunities for cost optimization. Support preparation of financial and operational reports for leadership reviews. Maintain visibility into project-related operational expenses, subscriptions, licenses, and vendor costs. Assist in annual planning, budgeting cycles, and periodic financial reviews. Project Governance & Engineering Tools Administration Drive Jira governance by ensuring epics, stories, tasks, and sprint boards are accurately maintained and aligned with program objectives. Monitor project dashboards and key delivery metrics, ensuring timely updates on status, ownership, priorities, and completion. Maintain Confluence spaces, project documentation, meeting notes, decision logs, release documentation, and status reports. Support release readiness reviews, dependency management, and risk tracking activities. Ensure adherence to governance standards, documentation practices, and engineering processes. Stakeholder Management & Communication Facilitate stakeholder meetings, and governance forums. Coordinate action items, dependencies, risks, and escalations across teams. Continuous Improvement & Operational Excellence Identify opportunities to improve engineering processes, project tracking, reporting, and governance. Support implementation of automation, workflow improvements, and operational best practices. Drive adoption of standardized processes, templates, and collaboration tools across teams. Key Responsibilities/Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or Master’s in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field with 5-7 years of experience. Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, project governance, and operational reporting. Experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar project collaboration tools. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Experience with budget tracking, expense management, and financial reporting. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, and Teams. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Nice to Have Experience supporting Digital Health, Healthcare Technology, or Engineering organizations. Knowledge of software delivery lifecycle, release management, and project governance frameworks. Familiarity with procurement, vendor management, and financial approval processes. Experience developing dashboards, KPIs, and executive reporting. Exposure to portfolio management, resource planning, and PMO practices. Well-governed Jira and Confluence environments supporting effective engineering execution. Timely identification and escalation of risks, dependencies, and budget variances.
