Job Description 1. Lead Brand Lifecycle Management and Growth StrategyDevelop and execute integrated brand strategies to maximize the long-term value of established brands and sustain competitive growth in the evolving healthcare environment. Continuously assess market dynamics, policy changes, customer needs, and competitive activities to identify growth opportunities and business risks. Translate insights into actionable business strategies and execution plans. 2. Drive Policy-Based Commercial ExcellenceMonitor and interpret key healthcare policies, including Volume-Based Procurement (VBP), DRG/DIP payment reforms, and other market access developments. Evaluate policy implications and develop corresponding commercial strategies to protect and expand brand performance. Partner closely with Market Access, Medical Affairs, Sales, and other stakeholders to accelerate hospital listing, formulary access, restriction lifting, and utilization growth. 3. Customer Insight & Stakeholder EngagementDevelop a deep understanding of treatment pathways, unmet needs, and decision-making processes across different hospital tiers and specialties involved in infectious disease and fungal disease management. Build strategic partnerships with KOLs, academic societies, and guideline experts. Generate customer insights and translate them into differentiated value propositions and engagement strategies. 4. Business Performance ManagementMonitor key business indicators, including sales performance, market share, customer perception, and market development metrics. Leverage sales data, competitive intelligence, customer feedback, and market research to continuously optimize brand strategy. Identify growth drivers and develop resource allocation recommendations to maximize return on investment. Experience & RequirementsBachelor's degree or above in Medicine, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Public Health, Business Administration, or related fields. 3+ years of pharmaceutical marketing experience with proven success in brand lifecycle management. Experience in Anti-Infective, Antifungal, Infectious Diseases, Critical Care, or Specialty Care therapeutic areas is strongly preferred. Strong understanding of China's healthcare policy environment, including VBP, NRDL, DRG/DIP, hospital access, and reimbursement systems. Demonstrated experience translating policy and market dynamics into effective commercial strategies. Experience managing brands in highly competitive and rapidly evolving market environments. Strong analytical capabilities in market research, customer insights, and competitive intelligence. Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
