Job Description The Order Management Specialist (Korean speaker) is responsible for managing end to end order processing activities to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant order fulfillment. This role serves as a key liaison between customers, sales, logistics, finance, and supply chain teams to deliver a seamless customer experience while meeting internal performance and control standards. Responsibilities: Process and manage customer orders from receipt through fulfillment in accordance with company policies and service level agreements (SLAs). Validate order accuracy, including pricing, quantities, delivery dates, and contractual terms. Coordinate with sales, supply chain, warehouse, and logistics teams to resolve order issues, shortages, or changes. Monitor order status and proactively communicate updates, delays or exceptions to customers and internal stakeholders. Manage order changes, returns, cancellations, and credits in a timely and accurate manner. Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Maintain accurate order records within ERP or order management systems. Support month end activities, including backlog reviews, billing accuracy, and revenue recognition coordination. Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction. Handle internal customer inquiries and complaints related to order fulfillment professionally and promptly. Qualifications: Bachelor of degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Supply Chain or a related field. 3–7 years of experience in order management, customer service, supply chain or shared services operations. Hands on experience with ERP systems. Strong understanding of order to cash (O2C) processes. Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams). Language requirements: Korean (TOPIK Level 4) and English.
