Role Overview In this role, you will be a part of Organizational Readiness and Change Management team within "Project Ascent," a major internal IT initiative tasked with migrating our enterprise from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA. You will join a high-energy team of dynamic, innovative individuals dedicated to leveraging information and technology. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our global users are not just prepared, but proficient and confident in the new system. Your work will directly support the "End User Readiness" phase of the project, ensuring a smooth transition with minimal business disruption through a "delta-based," digital-first training strategy. What you will do in this role: In this Specialist role you will be focused primarily on activities associated with SAP Platform End User Training content development and delivery support. In context of these efforts you will be entrusted with a variety of other responsibilities focused on governance, project management, stakeholder collaboration, and technology stewardship. Your key duties will include: Contribute to the development of Learning content using content Authoring tools like Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate and others. Manage a comprehensive content development project plan, track risks and dependencies, and oversee the change control process for training content. Conduct need based Training Impact Analyses (TNA) to define the "Delta" training curriculum based on T-code and Fiori app changes in the new S/4HANA environment. Liaise with vendor partners on the development Learning content, including the update of existing content, creation of net new content as well as in-app guidance solutions using a Digital Adoption Platform (DAP). Validate the accuracy of all training materials by facilitating system walkthroughs to ensure content reflects the configured "to-be" system by partnering with appropriate business stakeholders Develop and track KPIs and provide regular status reports on progress, risks, and readiness to program leadership. Need based Liaison with Learning operations for Publishing and maintenance of SAP learning assets within Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as SuccessFactors Learning and other enterprise learning platforms. Manage/ Monitor SAP training related learner feedback and metrics to continuously improve learning What you should have: To be successful in this role, you will need a combination of technical aptitude, project management skills, and a collaborative mindset. Required: A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Learning & Development Information Technology, or a related discipline. A minimum of 2 years of experience in Learning Content development Intermediate to expert-level knowledge & Familiarity with instructional design principles and content authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate). Intermediate awareness and knowledge of data and analytic tools such as Excel, Access, Power BI, SharePoint, and MS Teams. Intermediate-level experience in managing mid to large sized projects, including developing plans, identifying resource requirements, tracking progress, and resolving issues. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with an aptitude for translating business needs into relevant technical strategies and solutions. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to act as a central point of contact and collaborate effectively in a matrix organization with multiple vendors and internal teams. A high degree of personal accountability, strong organizational skills, and a team-oriented mindset to drive and track success. A keen interest and aptitude for learning new technologies. Preferred: Experience with large-scale SAP transformation projects (e.g., ECC to S/4HANA). Experience establishing and managing governance frameworks in a multi-vendor environment. Experience overseeing the work of external implementation partners or vendors against a Statement of Work (SOW). Intermediate understanding on Adult Learning principles Familiarity with SAP, training, role design and provisioning concepts. Knowledge of training program components such as Training Needs Analysis (TNA), role-based curriculum design, and blended learning approaches (ILT, WBT, virtual training). Experience with learning technology platforms such as a Learning Management System (LMS) like Success Factors, SAP Learning Hub, or SAP Enable Now. Experience with Digital Adoption Platforms (DAPs) like WalkMe or SAP Enable Now's in-app help feature. Experience with project management tools like Jira. Familiarity with formal change control processes and the use of a RACI matrix for project accountability.
