Work Flexibility: Hybrid Senior Solution Lead, SAP IBP Cloud Solution The Sr. Solution lead is responsible for developing solution design and build for integrated systems within the enterprise SAP IBP Cloud solution area and corresponding set of applications. In this role the Sr. Solution lead will partner with Business Analysts and Technical Analysts to understand the overall business need, define overarching requirements and create high-level design specifications, ensuring feasibility, functionality, and integration with existing systems/platforms and develop an overarching architectural design and model that will support Stryker’s business needs. The Sr. Solution lead is responsible for verifying the detailed technical documents, validating the configuration within the assigned applications, and ensuring solutions are delivered based on the architected design. The individual should be an expert with SAP IBP Cloud solution and it’s roadmap, that includes IBP Demand, Supply Planning, Response (Allocation) and other IBP Modules. And he/she must have 2-3 full cycle implementation experience with IBP Response solutions, including Configure-To-Order and Make-To-Stock production strategies and thorough understanding/expertise in latest SAP Release with end-to-Order to Shipment and Business Logics (i.e. ATP rules) to support order allocation. Individual should be experienced with IBP Business Processes that connect IBP system with other systems and have good knowledge on various workstreams. What You Will DoLead the design, configuration, and deployment of SAP IBP solutions, delivering integrated end-to-end planning capabilities across the enterprise. Serve as the functional and technical subject matter expert for SAP IBP, supporting solution design, build, testing, implementation, training, and global template development. Drive SAP IBP initiatives across key planning areas, including S&OP, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, IBP Time Series, MRP, and Spare Parts Planning. Ensure all solution delivery activities align with established Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) standards, processes, and best practices. Review and govern business process documentation, functional and technical specifications, test strategies, and go-live readiness plans. Collaborate with global ERP teams, business stakeholders, IT partners, infrastructure teams, and deployment teams to deliver successful business outcomes. Partner with solution providers, process owners, architects, and key users to execute project deliverables and support deployment methodologies. Continuously optimize planning processes and system performance by identifying improvement opportunities and delivering scalable, business-aligned solutions, including support for quarterly SAP IBP releases and enhancements. What you need:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree (MBA, MIS, or equivalent) preferred. 10-13 years of experience delivering SAP full lifecycle implementations, with a proven track record of successful project execution. 4+ years of hands-on experience with SAP IBP and/or SAP APO, including integration across end-to-end planning and supply chain processes. Strong expertise in SAP IBP Cloud solutions, including configuration, business process design, and integration with procurement, inventory, sales, and related functions. Experience integrating SAP with SAP and non-SAP enterprise applications such as Ariba, ECC, Oracle, PRMS, MFG Pro, and other third-party systems. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-focused solutions. Familiarity with ITIL, Agile methodologies, and Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) practices, with the ability to work across data, integration, security, and reporting domains. Demonstrated success collaborating within global, cross-functional, and matrixed organizations, ideally within the medical device, pharmaceutical, or other highly regulated industries. Travel Percentage: 10%
