Responsibilities: Partner with executive leadership to develop and execute people strategies that support business growth, organizational performance, and long-term workforce needs. Lead high-impact transformation initiatives that modernize HR processes, improve organizational effectiveness, and enhance the employee experience. Drive organizational design and workforce planning efforts, identifying capability gaps, succession needs, and talent strategies that prepare the business for the future. Shape leadership and talent programs by partnering with senior leaders on succession planning, high-potential development, and executive talent discussions. Transform the HR operating model by improving service delivery, governance, HR technologies, and cross-functional ways of working. Manage enterprise-wide projects that require collaboration across HR, operations, finance, and business leadership teams to deliver measurable business results. Lead change management strategies that enable successful adoption of new processes, structures, systems, and organizational initiatives. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred. 5+ years of experience in HR Business Partnership, organizational effectiveness, management consulting, workforce strategy, or HR transformation. Proven success leading complex organizational or HR transformation initiatives from strategy development through implementation. Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and executive stakeholders while building alignment across diverse teams. Strong expertise in organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, and change management practices. Excellent analytical, project management, and communication skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations.
