Universal Field Robots - A Sandvik Company | Location: Eagle Farm, Qld Permanent - Full-time – Project Manager About the Opportunity You will be responsible for planning, executing and controlling multiple projects to ensure they are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards. You will work closely with engineering, product development, software, firmware, hardware and commercial teams while building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders globally. Responsibilities Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets and resource requirements. Lead cross-functional teams to successfully deliver customer and technology projects. Manage project scope, costs, timelines, risks and dependencies. Build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication throughout project lifecycles. Identify and mitigate project risks and implement effective contingency plans. Drive continuous improvement by reviewing project outcomes and implementing lessons learned. Support the evolution of project management frameworks, tools and best practices. Provide regular status reporting and project updates to leadership teams and customers. Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, innovation and safety. About you You are an experienced project professional with a passion for delivering complex projects in technical and operational environments. You thrive on working with diverse stakeholders, solving problems and driving outcomes in fast-paced global environments. You will bring: A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management or a related discipline. Proven experience delivering customer projects on a global scale. Experience working within the mining industry, ideally including site-based exposure. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools, including Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office. Demonstrated change management capability and experience leading technology or digital transformation projects. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels. A proactive mindset, sound judgement and strong problem-solving skills. Intermediate knowledge of mobile machinery or vehicle systems, including hydraulics, steering, braking and electrical systems. Strong computer literacy and the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and processes. To be eligible for this role, you must have the right to live and work in Australia.
