Job Description: We are now looking for a Procurement Sustainability Officer - Substance Declaration Support to onboard our GBS. Responsibilities - your mission Support the development and implementation of Sustainable Supply chain roadmap (SSCR) projects and continuous improvement activities. Support the deployment of a digital tool, Compliance Data Exchange (CDX), for substance and material supplier data collection and compliance. Support sustainability data collection campaigns, from strategy development to data validation and supplier engagement (including REACH, RoHS, PFAS, SCIP, Conflict Minerals and Responsible Sourcing). Perform consistency checks on supplier declarations to be submitted via CDX prior to integrating into central databases. Assist in preparing digital sustainability dashboards, supplier compliance scorecards, and reporting KPIs to monitor supply chain adherence. Act as a point of contact for internal stakeholders regarding basic CDX platform queries, material compliance guidelines, and declaration documentation. Actively identify and propose digital enhancements within existing CDX workflows, reporting templates, and data verification routines to increase processing speed and data accuracy. Contribute to cross-divisional sustainability and digital transformation projects (e.g., automated reporting rollout) by completing specific, well-defined technical and analytical tasks. Requirements - our ideal candidate will have University degree in Environmental Science, Chemical/Materials Engineering, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Conceptual understanding of sustainability principles (e.g., human rights, circular economy, Carbon Footprint, Environmental compliance, etc.) with specific emphasis on product/material compliance (REACH, RoHS, PFAS, SCIP, Responsible Minerals) and their application in an aerospace supply chain environment. Hands-on experience or familiarity with digital compliance tools (ideally CDX / Compliance Data Exchange, or similar ESG data platforms); advanced skills in Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides, Drive) and data manipulation/visualization tools. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex chemical, material, and supplier ESG data with high precision. Proactive learner capable of applying theoretical knowledge to practical, structured work assignments. Organisational and project management skills, ability to coordinate multiple activities simultaneously and manage competing priorities. Ability to manage different stakeholders and facilitate organizational change through clear and persuasive communication. Fluency in English sufficient to fully engage in negotiations and team meetings. Able to work in a dynamic and multicultural environment with different and complex tools and flows of topics/data.
