Work Schedule Standard (Mon-Fri) Environmental Conditions Some degree of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) required (safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs etc.) Job Description We are seeking a motivated and highly engaged Scientist to join our Cell Therapy Product Development group and contribute to the development and support of innovative, cell application-oriented products in collaboration with global, cross-functional project teams. The ideal candidate will have a background in Immunology, Bioprocess Engineering, Cell Biology, Analytical Sciences / Assay Development, Biotechnology, or a closely related scientific discipline. This role offers an excellent opportunity to apply your existing skills, expand your expertise, and grow professionally in a dynamic R&D and manufacturing environment while contributing to the development and advancement of Cell Therapy technologies. KEY Potential Responsibilities: Work across immunology, protein analytics, and cell biology, developing, transferring, and validating assays for product quality assessment. Design and independently perform experiments in collaboration with project teams. Participate in bioprocess development, product transfer, and manufacturing process establishment at the Vilnius site. Support Quality Control and Manufacturing through troubleshooting, deviation investigations, and process improvements. Collaborate with global, cross-functional teams, document and present study results, and contribute to project milestones. Requirements for qualification / Education / Experience: MS degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Bioprocess Engineering, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Molecular Biology, or a related life science or engineering discipline; or a BS degree with 3+ years of relevant experience. Technical Skills and Experience That Would Be an Advantage:1+ year of relevant experience in assay or process development, Quality Control, and/or Manufacturing. Knowledge and practical experience in analytical methods, bioprocessing, or related areas. Experience with immunological and cell-based methods, such as mammalian cell culture, flow cytometry, ELISA, microscopy, and bead/microsphere-based cell isolation or activation, etc. Experience with protein analysis techniques, such as SDS-PAGE/WB, chromatography, spectrophotometry, etc. Experience with molecular biology techniques, such as DNA/RNA analysis, qPCR, etc. Understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, assay and/or process validation, and technical documentation. Knowledge of GMP principles and experience working in a controlled environment. Familiarity with risk assessment, problem-solving approaches, and basic statistical techniques. Highly motivated and comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Ability to manage multiple activities, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing priorities. Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with an open and transparent approach to communication. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. Salary €2 183–€3 270gross/month The final offer will depend on the candidate’s experience, skills, and competencies.
