Federal Project Consultant

Oracle Health Government Services is seeking a skilled Federal Project Consultant to join our mission-driven organization. In this role, you will support the successful execution of federal programs by managing key operational and financial activities, including subcontractor coordination, contract requirements, federal client engagement, personnel onboarding, invoicing, and program reporting. The Federal Project Consultant will serve as a key point of coordination among federal clients, subcontractors, and internal cross-functional stakeholders to ensure contractual, financial, and program requirements are accurately managed and completed on time. Responsibilities include coordinating invoicing and supporting documentation, managing subcontractor and internal personnel onboarding, resolving invoicing discrepancies, and proactively identifying and addressing program gaps.
