About the Role We are seeking an analytical and detail-oriented Inventory Reserves Analyst to support inventory valuation and reserve accounting activities within a global manufacturing environment. This role will be responsible for preparing and analyzing inventory reserve calculations, investigating reserve drivers, supporting month-end close and audit activities, and ensuring compliance with internal controls and accounting policies. The successful candidate will collaborate with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and IT teams to provide meaningful insights into inventory risks and reserve movements while helping drive continuous process improvements and reporting efficiency. Key Responsibilities Prepare and analyze monthly inventory reserve calculations and supporting schedules. Investigate reserve fluctuations and provide explanations for significant inventory valuation changes. Perform data validation, reconciliations, and reporting to ensure accuracy and completeness. Support SOX compliance, audit requests, and maintenance of audit-ready documentation. Develop recurring reports and perform ad hoc analyses to support business decision-making. Partner with cross-functional teams to understand inventory risks and reserve drivers. Assist in process improvement and automation initiatives related to inventory reporting and analysis. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in inventory accounting, cost accounting, financial analysis, or manufacturing finance. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills. Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with SAP, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools is an advantage. Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across multiple functions. Preferred Experience Exposure to semiconductor or manufacturing environments. Experience supporting inventory valuation, reserves, audits, or SOX-related activities. For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
