About the Team We are the engine behind the Workday Paradox sales motion. Our Demand Generation team isn't just "running campaigns"; we are a high-performance team dedicated to crushing pipeline targets and scaling ACV. About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented, analytical Growth Marketing Manager to support the operational backbone of our marketing organization. In this role, you will act as the bridge between marketing execution and business performance, translating campaign and funnel data into the insights, dashboards, and processes that let leadership make faster, better-informed decisions. You will partner closely with marketing, sales operations, and revenue leadership to bring structure, rigor, and measurement discipline to a fast-moving growth engine. Key Responsibilities Marketing Analytics & Measurement Performance Tracking & Reporting: Build and maintain dashboards that track the health of the growth funnel, from initial touchpoint to final conversion Attribution Modeling: Assist in refining our attribution model to understand the true impact of all demand efforts (Paid Social, Paid Search, SEO and Webinars) on revenue Insight Synthesis: Conduct weekly "deep dives" into campaign data to identify trends and provide actionable recommendations to leadership Quarterly Reporting: Provide a deep analysis at the end of each quarter on marketing metrics across demand gen, product marketing, enablement, and events Multi Data Splits: Pull data and build visual reporting on different subsets of marketing data, including products, industries, size segments, regions, business types, and more Cross Functional Collaboration Operational Partnership: Work closely with Marketing, Sales Operations, Systems, and Enablement teams to support operational initiatives and shared reporting needs Documentation & Alignment: Participate in translating business needs into documentation used by cross-functional teams to align systems, processes, and enablement resources Process Implementation: Help implement and maintain policies and workflows related to lead routing, campaign operations, and data governance Build Actionable Dashboards: Develop and maintain scalable CRM reports and dashboards that give sales leadership real-time visibility into conversion trends, sales velocity, and historical drop-off points Drive Process Improvement: Translate pipeline data and drop-off analysis into actionable recommendations, partnering with sales leadership to streamline the buyer's journey and shorten sales cycles Sales Operations Track and report on conversion metrics: Monitor, analyze, and report on stage-to-stage conversion rates to evaluate the overall health, velocity, and predictability of the sales pipeline Optimize Stage 0 (S0) performance: Conduct deep-dive analyses on S0 leads and early-stage opportunities to assess lead quality, qualification rigor, and top-of-funnel pipeline generation Manage opportunity progression: Monitor how deals move through the sales funnel, enforcing stage-gate compliance and ensuring sales teams adhere to defined entry and exit criteria for each stage Identify sales cycle bottlenecks: Pinpoint friction points and areas of high drop-off within the sales cycle, proactively diagnosing root causes (e.g., pricing, competition, process) to improve overall win rates About You Basic Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience in business operations, marketing operations, revenue operations, or analytics Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience building dashboards and reports using Excel, SQL, Sigma, or Looker Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience Other Qualifications Strong understanding of marketing and sales funnel metrics, attribution, and campaign performance measurement Experience translating business needs into clear documentation and cross-functional process Excellent communication and writing capabilities Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously Enthusiasm for cross-functional collaboration with marketing, sales, revenue operations, and data/analytics teams to ensure alignment on shared initiatives Comfort with assessment and reporting on funnel and campaign performance to ensure marketing spend is effectively driving qualified leads, pipeline, and revenue Strong sense of ownership and ability to deliver key projects and initiatives on time and with clarity Commitment to driving consistent, reliable reporting and analysis that leadership can trust to make decisions Workday Pay Transparency Statement The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.
