Work Flexibility: Hybrid Position summary: To coordinate and finalize each tender bidding project and provide assistance to marketing activities,responsible for products pricing and reimbursement. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: (Detailed Description) Develop the tender bidding procedure and make it more efficient and systematic Manage the tender bidding process according to the tender bidding procedure Collect procurement notices at first hand and prepare tender documents accordingly Go through the tender bidding approval process Work with product marketing team and sales team to finalize the product combination and quotation Coordinate with sales team and dealers on tender fee issue Maintain and file tender bidding documents and update tender situations in different regions Update the product database in Haihong tender system with the marketing team’s support Establish information channel with tender agency, industry peers and local authority Provide assistance to marketing activities when necessary Obtain and analysis government policy for products Comply with Stryker Code of conduct and other corporate policies. Adherent to applicable local laws and industry code of ethics including but not limited to FCPA, AdvaMed Code of Ethics. Do the right things and do things right. Education & Experience: A Bachelor degree is required At least 4 years experienced in tender bidding and governmental affairs Good command of Microsoft Office and Windows-based computer applications Basic product knowledge of Recon, Spine, and Trauma Practical English is required Physical & Mental Requirements: Service-oriented Team spirit Interpersonal skills Disciplined Sense of Responsibility Travel Percentage: None
