This position reports to: Business Manager - E2E __ Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and execute the R&D roadmap for wiring accessory product line； Lead end-to-end product development cycles, from requirements analysis through design, verification, and manufacturing transfer； Drive product innovation to ensure technical competitiveness, reliability, and cost efficiency； Collaborate with Product Management, Marketing, Sales, and Manufacturing to support successful product commercialization； Manage and develop the R&D team, fostering a culture of innovation and high performance； Oversee compliance with relevant certifications and regulatory standards (EMC, safety, IoT protocols)； Qualifications for the RoleExperienceYou have 5+ years of experience in product R&D or engineering management, with at least 5 years in a team lead or R&D manager role； You are highly skilled in developing electrical products, consumer electronics, or IoT-enabled smart home devices； You have a demonstrated track record of successfully launching wiring devices, smart switches, sockets, or similar connected home products； Experience working as an R&D manager or lead engineer with MCU-based hardware, wireless communication (Zigbee/Wi-Fi/Bluetooth/Matter), or embedded firmware is a strong plus； Technical SkillsYou are highly adept in hardware circuit design, PCB layout tools (e.g., Altium Designer, PADS), and/or embedded firmware development； Possess an in-depth knowledge of product development processes including design review, DVT/EVT, reliability testing, and NPI； You are well-versed in product compliance and certification requirements such as EMC/EMI, electrical safety, and smart home ecosystem standards； Familiarity with DFM/DFA principles and manufacturing cost optimization is highly valued Soft Skills & MindsetYou are passionate about technology innovation and captivated by the opportunities that smart home and IoT bring to everyday life； You are innovative around product design thinking and customer-centric development approaches； Strong project management skills — you are driven, structured, and able to deliver results under tight deadlines； You thrive in cross-functional environments and are at ease leading both technical experts and collaborative discussions with business stakeholders； EducationDegree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Automation, Computer Science, or a related engineering discipline Proven experience in product R&D within the electrical or smart home industry is equally considered Relevant professional certifications or advanced training in IoT, embedded systems, or product management are a plus LanguageProficiency in English for technical documentation, cross-regional collaboration, and international project communication Building a cleaner, smarter future takes all kinds of minds: the curious, the courageous, and the creative.
