The Role Our Customer Risk Review team is seeking an experienced CDD Risk Analyst who brings 3–6+ years of payments or financial industry experience and Financial Economic Crimes. The candidate must have a strong risk-driven mindset, exceptional professional judgment, and the ability to conduct holistic risk assessments. Whether conducting a scheduled review for a global enterprise or responding to real-time adverse media and scheme violations, you are someone who does not wait for step-by-step playbooks—you proactively create direction, conclude on integrity risks, risk appetite, mitigating factors and execute action plans end-to-end. What You Will Do Lead end-to-end CDD & EDD reviews for high-risk or complex merchant portfolios, ensuring strict adherence to quality standards, SLAs, and global regulatory policies. Drive rapid-response investigations into real-time adverse events, transaction anomalies, and financial crime triggers to mitigate integrity risks. Engage directly with customers to request, verify, and update essential documentation and static data. Provide expert advisory to merchants on due diligence requirements, efficiently resolving escalations and clarifying regulatory expectations. Harmonize review frameworks and risk-scoring models alongside regional and global risk teams to ensure consistent risk evaluation.
