ALBS is an Air Liquide entity in Kuala Lumpur, regrouping for the APAC scope its Business Service Centers (Kuala Lumpur and Shanghai) as well as the two Global Functions (IT, Digital and Procurement). Within Industrial Applications, The Remote Asset IoT team designs and develops solutions to connect and collect data remotely on Air Liquide's equipment worldwide (+ 40,000 connected devices). This international team, composed of 14 people, is responsible for maintaining operational products (e.g., run and incident management), deploying our solutions, training users, providing our expertise in the correct use of our solutions, and designing and specifying product evolutions in connection with other Industrial Applications departments, digital teams, Group Industrial Directions as well as the Clusters. With a growing scope in terms of solutions and volumes, the team is extending its presence in Asia where we have growing opportunities. Join the Remote Asset IoT team in Malaysia, one of our Asia-Pacific centers of expertise. You will actively contribute to the AL IoT fleet management and its proper operation on the field as well as the product roadmap definition and execution and innovative projects to develop, industrialize and deploy new products answering business needs. . How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW? Main Accountabilities You will provide advanced support for issues related to solutions in production and address complex customer technical requests You will detect and implement corrective actions for recurring issues, create user documentation, ensure knowledge transfer internally (Level 2 support, other experts, engagement lead, etc) and within the Group (local Key Users). You will define and implement the monitoring strategies for production environment, and coordinate internally, with external third parties and suppliers to ensure solution compliance to regulation and cybersecurity policies, enhance its quality as well as its operational and financial performance You will implement and track product evolutions, following the testing policy You will interface with the Business to catch existing and future needs, contributes to write functional specifications and contributes to the product evolution roadmap Are you a MATCH? Bachelor degree or above, ideally in electronics, telecom or IoT / remote monitoring Experience : you have a first experience, ideally in the IoT field Technical expertise / competencies : Industrial measurement sensor technologies and various actuators Cellular telecommunication technologies (4G, NBIoT, LTEM), IoT communication technologies (LoRa, Sigfox), Field technology protocols (Modbus, CAN, OPC UA) AWS Cloud services & microservices environments Data visualization and processing (Power BI, SQL databases) Other skills : Good level in English is mandatory (speaking and reading / writing) Team working and good communication skills Autonomy Analytical skills Curiosity, you like to work in an innovative context About Air Liquide A world leader in gases, technologies and services for Industry and Health, Air Liquide is present in 78 countries with approximately 64,500 employees and serves more than 3.8 million customers and patients.
