The Associate Finance Controller (FP&A) is responsible for driving high-quality financial insights, performance management, and advanced analytics across Radiometer’s global FP&A processes. The role plays a key part in improving transparency, enabling data-driven decision-making, and strengthening the efficiency and scalability of financial planning, reporting, and analytics. This position reports to the Finance Manager FP&A, is part of the Global Finance team at Radiometer, and will be supporting stakeholders across the global organisation. In this role, you will: Drive performance transparency and decision support through high-quality financial insights Lead Power BI and AI-enabled reporting capabilities across FP&A Play a key role in finance transformation and continuous improvement initiatives In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Own and drive FP&A processes across reporting, budgeting, and forecasting cycles, ensuring high accuracy and timely delivery Deliver performance insights through variance analysis, KPI tracking, and actionable financial commentary Design and develop Power BI dashboards to enhance visibility, decision-making, and standardisation across global teams Leverage AI tools to enhance analytics and reporting, including automated insights generation, anomaly detection, and predictive analysis Apply AI and automation to streamline FP&A workflows, reducing manual work in reporting, data preparation, and forecasting processes Transform and structure complex datasets into scalable and user-friendly reporting solutions Drive automation and simplification of FP&A processes in line with DBS principles Collaborate with global stakeholders to strengthen financial understanding and enable data-driven decisions Support adoption and training of BI and AI-enabled tools across finance and business teams The essential requirements of the job include: Proven experience in FP&A, controlling, or financial analysis roles Strong technical and analytical skills, including advanced Excel and Power BI (data modelling and dashboarding) Demonstrated ability or strong interest in applying AI tools (e.g. Copilot, predictive analytics, automation tools) in financial analysis and reporting Solid understanding of financial planning processes (reporting, budgeting, forecasting) Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights Experience working in a global or matrix organisation with multiple stakeholders It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: Financial planning systems such as OneStream or similar Data transformation tools (e.g. Power Query, SQL, Python) AI / data science exposure (e.g. forecasting models, automation workflows, machine learning basics) Process improvement or automation initiatives within finance Radiometer, a Danaher operating company, offers a broad array of comprehensive, competitive benefit programs that add value to our lives.
