Job Function: Supply Chain Planning Job Sub Function: Planning Strategy & Capabilities Job Category: Professional All Job Posting Locations: Bangalore, Karnataka, India Job Description: Role description Johnson & Johnson MedTech is hiring an Analyst, Learning & Development, based in Bangalore, India. This position reports into the Integrated Business Management team (IBM), which is part of MedTech Supply Chain (MTSC). The purpose of this role is to collaborate with partners, to provide a comprehensive learning service for MedTech SC Plan teams across different Business Units and MTSC. This role is an individual contributor position with no people management or budget/approval requirements Responsibilities Implements quality training programs that support the objectives of MedTech Supply Chain Regions and Plan. Provides subject-matter expertise in the design and administration of training programs to train all levels of employees. Keeps abreast of training and development research, new materials, methods, and techniques. Develops programs and practices to identify developmental needs including preparing employees for more responsible positions and increasing effectiveness in present assignments. Consults with management, employees, and departments to identify training needs and achieve effective training solutions. Prepares recommendations and supporting materials for decision-makers regarding the creation, acquisition, and delivery of training programs that meet the company's needs. Implements measurement methods for evaluating training effectiveness against business needs. Suggests improvements to training events, programs, and materials to improve effectiveness and meet evolving needs of the business. Reviews summaries of training program assessment data and participant attendance reports and provides recommendations to management. Contributes to the delivery of highly effective, results-driven training and development strategies to support business leaders and their employee needs, goals, and growth. Accountabilities With the guidance of the Talent, Learning and Change Lead, the incumbent will be hands-on in the execution of Learning activities for MedTech SC Regions and Planning, including: Coordinates the New Learning Request process and supports prioritization activities Project execution of the creation of new learning (scope, timeline, stakeholder coordination) Performs quality assurance for new learning content Monitors and coordinates the review cycle of on-demand training to ensure that on-demand training is reviewed and validated on schedule Collaborate with the Learning Content Creators to develop new on-demand learning modules to quality standards. Under limited supervision and in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws/regulations and Corporate Johnson & Johnson procedures and guidelines, this role: Communicates business-related issues or opportunities to management as appropriate Ensures personal compliance with all Federal, State, local and Company regulations, policies, and procedures Performs other duties assigned as needed Experience & Education Minimum five (5) years of relevant experience required Ideal candidate will be proficient in the use of design and online tools to create training material in the most efficient way, and that’s also visually compliant with J&J branding guidelines.
