Currently we have an opening for a Maximo Specialist to support the digital transformation of Service Operations globally, with a particular focus on Maximo Mobile solutions. The Service Platform Program and related projects are introducing a new solution to support service delivery execution and asset information management. The solution will digitalize our service operations, improving our information flow, fleet information capture and much more in the future. What you will be doing In this role, you will be responsible for supporting, configuring and continuously improving IBM Maximo solutions, with a strong focus on Maximo Mobile. You will work closely with business stakeholders, service operations teams and technical partners to ensure Maximo supports effective service execution, asset information management and operational improvement across global service operations. Maximo Solution Support: Configure, support and enhance IBM Maximo solutions to meet service operations requirements. Maximo Mobile Focus: Support the development, configuration and improvement of Maximo Mobile applications using the Maximo Application Framework. Business Process Enablement: Translate service operation needs into practical Maximo functionality, workflows and user experience improvements. Troubleshooting & Support: Resolve Maximo and mobile-related issues, monitor system performance and provide end-user support. Integration & Lifecycle Management: Support integrations, deployments, upgrades and ongoing optimisation of Maximo and related mobile solutions. Documentation: Maintain technical and functional documentation, including configuration, design and troubleshooting guidance. What you will bring along IBM Maximo Expertise: Strong knowledge of IBM Maximo, Maximo Application Suite and related configuration or support activities. Maximo Mobile Experience: Experience with Maximo Mobile or mobile solutions within an enterprise application environment. Technical Capability: Knowledge of JavaScript, React.js, HTML and CSS. Familiarity with Java and Maximo backend customisation is an advantage. Integration Knowledge: Experience with RESTful APIs, SOAP Web Services and integrations between Maximo and systems such as ERP, GIS or other enterprise platforms. Problem Solving: Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to analyse issues, support users and work with technical teams to resolve system challenges. Stakeholder Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with business stakeholders, service teams and technical partners in an international environment.
