A Motion Design Senior Analyst is a motion graphics expert. This person can interpret concepts and written ideas, usually scripts, and translate them into an engaging motion picture that can be delivered in any digital video format for different web platforms. The Motion Design Analyst keeps knowledge up to date about different computer animation techniques and technologies as these are constantly evolving. This person not only can perform different roles in the audiovisual production process, such as storyboard artist, 2d digital animator, video/audio editor, VFX/SFX artist, but also shares knowledge, applies, and encourages best practices among peers. Scope & Complexity: Requires analysis and solving of moderately complex problems. May create new solutions, leveraging and, where needed, adapting existing methods and procedures. Requires understanding of the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals. Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor. May interact with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within Accenture. Key Responsibilities: Communicate with Project manager and creative teams to understand project scope and objectives. Ensure a proper video production workflow (Pre-production, production and post-production) is followed in every project. Collaborate with Creative Leads in ideation sessions to conceptualize, design, and produce visual and motion content. (storyboards, animatic, videos, styleframes, moodboard, corporate videos, eLearning, websites, marketing demos, etc.) Apply the animation principles while working with video editing and animation software (e.g. After Effects, Animate, Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc). Maintain and follow best practices for versioning control, naming convention and organization of files. Modify existing motion graphics assets. Collaborate with team members (editors, producers and other designers) to resolve technical and/or design issues. Analyze and apply design and motion techniques that better suits the project to meet the desired quality, time and budget. Create accurate time estimations for the different tasks involved in the video production process. Performs Quality Assurance on its own and teammates' graphic deliverables. Job Specific Experience, Education and Skills 6+ years of relevant experience in animation or motion graphics industry It is required to fluently speak English and Spanish to work with clients from LATAM, North America, and others around the world. Creative and problem-solving skills are required to fulfill the requests of the client with the best strategy and defined formats. Knowledge on different video formats and be able to adapt to the client requirements. Demonstrate time management skills. Builds credibility through sharing knowledge, insights and expertise. Maintains positive and professional work relationships with others in the team, create a teamwork environment and support others on their assignments.
