Job Description: The incumbent will be responsible for driving sales growth and business development initiatives for the Printer and Fleet Market Vertical across South India, based out of Bengaluru. Key responsibilities include: Driving sales and market penetration for the Printer and Fleet business segments across the assigned territory. Promoting and strengthening the Brand Experience concept among key stakeholders, including printers, converters for both Retail & Fleet segment. Understanding customer requirements and pain points through regular market engagement and business reviews. Analyzing market opportunities and developing innovative, customer-centric solutions to address evolving business needs. Expanding the customer base and strengthening channel partnerships to drive sustainable business growth. Identifying and developing new market segments and application opportunities. Developing, managing, and nurturing relationships with key accounts to ensure long-term business partnerships and customer satisfaction. Monitoring market trends, competitive activities, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities and maintain market leadership. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver effective solutions and achieve business objectives.
