Job Title: Sales Representative Bilingual: Arabic/English - Amman Job Description Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, building strong customer relationships, promoting products and services, and achieving sales targets. Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and approach potential customers through calls, meetings, and networking. Present, promote, and sell products or services to prospective clients. Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers. Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions. Negotiate contracts and close sales deals. Achieve individual and team sales targets. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions. Prepare sales reports and provide market feedback. Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related role. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain professional relationships. Goal-oriented with a proven ability to meet sales targets. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred SkillsExperience with CRM systems. Strong presentation and persuasion skills. Knowledge of sales techniques and customer engagement strategies.
