KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Training & Capability Building: Acquire strong knowledge and understanding of the organization's products, services, customers, competitors, and sales techniques. Develop strategic training plan for sales force P&G Health Perform medical detailing diagnosis and develop a training program that focuses on product knowledge, sales techniques and skills. Analyze team performance to evaluate training effectiveness and design follow-up or ongoing programs as needed. Develop training materials, communications and learning sessions that drive execution excellence. Work in collaboration with the RBU (region), to implement regional training strategies and methodologies providing feedback related to team adoption. Ensure completion of mandatory trainings and reinforcement of stewardship culture. Lead onboarding for new hires of medical detailing team when needed. Build/maintain dashboards/reports to identify execution gaps and improvement opportunities. Stewardship & Compliance: Own the governance framework HCP interactions, including HCP calls, sampling, events, promotional materials, value transfers, etc. Translate policies into practical execution guidance. Develop materials, communications and learning sessions focused on policy knowledge and compliant execution. Lead stewardship monitoring routines, including compliance KPIs, spot checks, audit readiness, CSA findings, scorecards and remediation follow-up. Identify compliance risks, process gaps and execution deviations, ensuring timely investigation, root-cause analysis and corrective action plans. Build/maintain dashboards/reports to identify risks and gaps. Job Qualifications University degree in Business, Medicine, Pharmacy, Communications or related discipline. Pharmaceutical Industry experience is a must. 1-3 years of experience in healthcare, training or medical promotion roles (as Representative or First Line Sales Manager) Up to 3 years of experience in design/development of learning programs. Experience partnering with cross-functional stakeholders such as Legal, Medical, Marketing, Sales and Field teams. Value experience of international projects or cross functional projects Hard Skills: Strong understanding of healthcare business and HCP interactions (medical detailing, transfer of value) Strong organizational, project management and prioritization skills Strong analytical skills, problem solving skills and a "can-do" attitude. Versatility and strength in both written and oral communications. Written and spoken proficiency in Spanish and English. Excellent critical thinking skills and high accuracy in data analysis and reporting. Knowledge of KPI monitoring, risk assessment, etc. Digital and analytical skills to build dashboards, reports and governance tools that identify risks and execution gaps. Soft Skills: High integrity and strong ownership. Strong communication, training and influencing skills across different levels of the organization. Structured problem-solving mindset, attention to detail and ability to manage ambiguity. Collaborative business-partner approach, balancing risk management, simplification and business enablement.
