Job Title Senior Project Manager Job Title: Project Manager Industry: Banking & Financial Services Job Summary: We’re looking for a Project Manager with experience in the banking industry to oversee and drive the successful delivery of technological implementations or simple solution deployments. This role requires strong organizational skills, a deep understanding of banking terminology and operations, and the ability to manage a mix of internal and external project resources. Key Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end delivery of technology projects or solution rollouts, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Manage internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth coordination and execution. Provide clear and timely communication to stakeholders, including executive-level project sponsors. Apply strong project management discipline across risk management, schedule tracking, and issue resolution. Create and maintain project plans, timelines, and status reports to drive accountability and transparency. Facilitate meetings, track project milestones, and ensure project deliverables align with business goals. Have a cursory understanding of the technical ecosystems that most institutions rely on to operate. While specific core provider knowledge is helpful, understanding should be core agnostic. Qualifications: 5+ years of experience managing technology or business projects, preferably within the banking or financial services industry. Solid understanding of banking terms, practices, and operational structure. Demonstrated experience working with executive stakeholders. Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies. Strong skills in risk identification, issue tracking, and schedule management. PMP or other relevant certification is a plus. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ. Certain Positions are Commissions eligible.
