Air Liquide Home Healthcare Canada is currently recruiting a highly energetic and motivated Sales & Business Performance Analyst for our Head office location. The Sales & Business Performance Analyst position will contribute to driving sales growth and development, while leveraging on their analytical skills to improve the sales efficiency and performance. The Analyst will conduct close monitoring of Sales Performance as well as market potential / competitiveness analysis.Sales Support Ensure proper monthly Sales reporting is done at regional level. Ensure and follow reporting of Sales metrics (analysis of the funnel) on a monthly basis. Work with local clinical teams to ensure accurate and up to date EMR details and referral forms, as well as to share Sleep funnel management best practices Work with Ops Control, Sales Managers and Regional Directors to develop targets for sales reps based upon forecasted sales initiatives. Follow and be proactive in adapting incentive and promotions programs, to drive sales.. Work closely with Regional Directors, Area Managers, RCMs, and other stakeholders to identify roadblocks and deliver solutions. Develop, upgrade and maintain the following performance KPI Dashboards: Branch Mapping Dashboard which aims at crossing financial metrics with operational KPIs (e.g. Sales per Sleep and Oxygen FTE, Patients per FTE, Devices sold per Sleep FTE) and provide branch profitability (full-cost basis). Vehicle dashboard, including mileage data collection follow-up process (essential to assess Oxygen performance), with the goal to transition it to Operations. Through monthly and quarterly reviews, proactively and independently identify underperforming branches, provinces, collect data and analyze and then propose solutions to AMs, Sales Managers and RDs to improve Sleep referrals, conversions and sales as well as Oxygen patients supply chain where appropriate. Maintain sales data integrity and work with key stakeholders during software transitions to ensure accuracy. Coordinate the annual Market Share study In coordination with the Regions (RDs and Sales Teams and central S&M team), update Regional and National Market Shares and comments to be reported to the Group. Formalize and share market share results (Power BI Dashboard) and key takeaways (Slidedeck), including growth opportunities (e.g. new branches, partnerships) and threats (new competition, offers). Pricing & Offerings Own the process of price policy definition, implementation and actualisation at regional and national levels with the ultimate goal to improve competitiveness and profitability. Support National Strategic Partnership Manager on market research to identify trends and opportunities, collaborate with marketing and National Strategic Partnership Manager in development and execution of offerings. Together with Ops Control, Marketing and Regional Administrators monitor price effectiveness, adherence and compliance with policies. __________________Are you a MATCH? Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Sales and Marketing or an equivalent and related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and marketing coordination or a similar role. A working experience in private insurance companies or in healthcare in Canada will be considered an asset. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; solution oriented. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in Google Suite, Power BI and CRM software. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; French will be considered an asset. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
