Senior Tender Specialist (Dutch Speaking)

What You Will Do Monitor internal and external tender platforms to identify and evaluate tender opportunities aligned with business objectives. Lead tender kick-off and review meetings to establish timelines, responsibilities, and deliverables. Prepare and coordinate qualification criteria to support informed Go/No-Go decisions. Develop and manage tender action plans, including documentation requirements, key milestones, and submission deadlines. Coordinate cross-functional teams throughout the tender process to ensure timely completion of all activities. Communicate tender status, risks, timelines, and critical updates to stakeholders and senior leadership. Collect, review, and manage all required tender documentation to ensure complete and compliant submissions. Maintain and continuously improve the tender content library and tender forecasting reports to support business planning and reporting. What You Will Need Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Law, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in tender management, bid management, contracts, or a related commercial function. Fully fluent Dutch language proficiency. Professional working proficiency in English. Experience managing end-to-end tender processes, including opportunity identification, qualification, submission, and evaluation. Preferred Qualifications Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Law, or a related field. Experience working within healthcare, medical technology, life sciences, or a regulated industry. Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams in a matrix organisation. The compensation information posted for this role may be presented as a salary range or a fixed amount depending on the role.
