Job Description Job Title : Account Manager, Molecular, CAD Group/Division : MCS / Chemical Analysis Division Job Track : Professional Position Location : Shenzhen Job Responsibility : Responsible for all sales activities in the assigned territories and/or industries, in order to meet sales target set on annual basis. Participate marketing activities, such as seminars, workshops, demo etc, so as to generate qualified sales leads. Provide appropriate technical solutions and quotations to prospective customers to lead to successful closure of sales. Influences preparation and presents technical assistance, consultation and problem solving to customers as necessary Develop and maintain key account strategies for high profile customers and maintain good relationship with industry opinion leaders. Manage customer satisfaction with all installed customers through effective coordination with Customer Support team. Submit funnel and forecast timely. Feedback marketing and technical information to marketing team. Minimum Requirements / Qualifications BS degree or above in Chemistry, Physics, Materials or equivalent is required. Appropriate experience will be considered in lieu of BS degree. 3-5years sales experience selling capital equipment, preferably in the analytical instrument market. Working knowledge of analytical instrument business. Effective interpersonal and listening skills. Self motivated and result focused. Good oral and written communication skills in both Chinese [ Mandarin] and English. Accurate forecasting ability. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities necessary to perform essential functions Knowledge General Analytical Instrument product knowledge. Specific industry experiences a definite asset. Successfully manages subjective decision-making. In-depth understanding of the professional selling process. College degree or equivalent sales/business experience. Skills Clear, concise verbal communication. Effective time utilization. Flexibility and creativity. Accurate sales forecasting abilities. Effective interpersonal communicator. Effective “listener”. REQUIREMENTS: • Master's Degree plus 2 years of sales experience, preferably in scientific/laboratory industry, or equivalent laboratory experience • Preferred Fields of Study: Life Sciences, Chemistry, or related scientific field • Strong technical aptitude with demonstrated ability to learn complex product applications and workflows • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships • Proficiency in CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite • Strong territory management and strategic account planning capabilities • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for developing effective sales strategies • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a matrix environment • Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 70% within assigned territory • Fluency in English required; additional language skills based on territory needs • Demonstrated commitment to Thermo Fisher's core values: Integrity, Intensity, Innovation, and Involvement
