We are seeking applications from motivated individuals for Industrial Relations & General Affairs to join our HR team. You will complete tasks relating to Human Resources & Industrial Relations including employee relations and industrial relations with parties outside the company. And also making sure the employees obey the work discipline. Main Responsibilities: 1. Creating and maintaining harmonious Industrial Relations Analyzing the potential area creating problem to the Industrial Relations Proposing the management the action required to prevent the Industrial Relations. Communicate with the Labor Union to have a mutual agreement to prevent the industrial problem. Socializing any agreed HR Policies to all employees. Taking action required for work discipline enforcement. Dealing with both Authority and Local Community related to the Industrial Relation issues. 2. Establish good relations with internal and external companies (communities, agencies, governments, and other related institutions) to support activities related to industrial / employee relations Making communication with local and community organisation to solve the industrial relation Complete the process of industrial relations cases through the LKS Biparted, Tripatied, Mediation, Industrial Relations Court process up to the Supreme Court Advising the Human Resources Manager for solution in settling IR related issues with local authority and community organization 3. Review provisions related to employee and company rights obligations and monitor their implementation 4. Formulate company regulations and or Collective Labour Agreements (CLA) Identify the content that will be contained in the Regulations Company and or Collective Labor Agreement in accordance with organizational needs Negotiating CLA with UNION and pre-negotiation activities, such as verify union membership, time, place, cost, and procedures for implementing agreements Take care of the ratification of company regulations and or register CLA with the agency authorized employment Socializing Company Regulations and or CLA and monitoring the implementation in accordance with the validity period 5. Ensure that all company regulations / policies that apply in the company according to applicable laws / rules are implemented and carried out properly 6. Organizing and managing programs / activities together (employee events) to strengthen relationships between employees in the company 7. Employee Engagement as part of the duty of Industrial Relations and Employee’s relationship. 8. General Affairs Maintaining company housing & equipments Maintaining light vehicle’s and monitoring light vehicle’s operations Organize & manage company security officers Facilities and management System Mining experiences is preferred Your Profile Competencies: Strong knowledge of labor laws and industrial relations practices. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HRGA or similar role, preferably at a supervisory level. Excellent communication and presentation skills would be a distinct advantage. Ability to work as a member of a multi-disciplinary team and provide helpful assistance/guidance to members of the team as required. Deep dive of Indonesia Labor Law : UUCK and UU no 13 /2003, understand about PHI and MA process is preferred. Extensive relationship with all stakeholder such as Ministry of Manpower, APINDO, Police , Law firm, etc Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Law, Psychology, or related field. Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of education. Other: Willing to work outside working hours, honest & responsible.
