Job Title Software Development - Advisor What will you do:Architect, design, and lead development of enterprise-scale web applications using Angular (latest versions) and modern frontend technologies. Drive frontend architecture decisions, ensuring scalability, performance, security, and maintainability. Build and maintain highly responsive, accessible, and cross-browser compatible user interfaces. Define and enforce frontend coding standards, best practices, and design patterns across teams. Collaborate closely with backend teams (Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs) to design efficient and scalable end-to-end solutions. Lead complex UI integrations with RESTful services, authentication mechanisms, and enterprise systems. Take full ownership of critical UI components and shared libraries, focusing on reuse and continuous improvement. Perform and lead regular code reviews, mentoring senior and junior developers to elevate overall code quality. Analyze and troubleshoot complex performance, rendering, memory, and integration issues across the application. Work in an Agile/Scrum environment, contributing to sprint planning, estimations, and technical grooming. Partner with QA teams to clarify requirements, review test strategies, and ensure high test coverage. Drive UI automation testing strategy and ensure maintainability of test suites. Champion DevOps practices for frontend applications (build pipelines, quality gates, release automation). Continuously evaluate and adopt new Angular features, libraries, tooling, and AI-assisted development tools to improve efficiency. Provide technical leadership and stakeholder communication for UI/UX-related initiatives. What you will need to have:15+ years of overall software development experience, with 10+ years focused on Angular (Angular 2+ through latest versions). Expert-level proficiency in: Angular, TypeScript, RxJS, NgRx / state management HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, JavaScript (ES6+) Strong experience in UI performance optimization, lazy loading, change detection strategies, and micro-frontend patterns. Deep understanding of responsive design, accessibility (WCAG), and cross-browser compatibility. Hands-on experience consuming and integrating RESTful APIs built using Java / Spring Boot. Experience working in cloud-based environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Familiarity with enterprise databases such as PostgreSQL, Oracle, and DB2 (integration and data handling perspective). Strong experience with version control systems (Git/GitLab) and enterprise branching strategies. Solid experience with frontend testing frameworks (Jest, Jasmine, Karma, Cypress, Playwright, etc.). Exposure to CI/CD pipelines for frontend applications. Experience working in microservices and micro-frontend architectures. Proven ability to mentor teams and influence architectural decisions across projects. Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related technical field. Hands-on experience using AI-powered developer productivity tools such as GitHub Copilot. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders. What would be great to have:Cloud or architecture certifications (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect, AWS Certified Solutions Architect).
