JOB DESCRIPTION:Provide support to Quality Control Manager, Validation team, Stability Section, Packaging Materials and Finish Goods for all activities taking place in QC and technical problem resolution. Major Responsibilities: Assist Quality Control Manager to make sure the QC activities do not result in delay or non-availability of product/material, delay in introduction of new products, delay in implementation of CIP To ensure that all Physical, Chemical, and instrumental testing are being performed as per authorized procedures for Finished Goods, Stability, Packaging and Raw materials and in process products Review of daily planning of QC Lab and support for EHS activities Disposition of Finished Goods, Raw Materials, Packaging Materials within agreed upon lead time and review of analytical data before final disposition Support Quality Control Manager / QC Staff for technical problem resolution in QC Lab To ensure timely completion of Non-Volume Related Activities (Test Method Validation, Cleaning validation, CSV, Training Schedule, Reference Standards, annual Calibration/Maintenance Schedule and adherence, LIR preparation, ER/CR raises and activities) Plan and implement certification and reorientation schedule for all analysts and maintain the record To ensure that one lot of raw materials which are included in list of skip testing must be tested (full specification) at least once a year or as required by procedure Education/Knowledge & Experience: Science Graduate/Master; preferably Pharm D 5-6 years’ experience in the same capacity Proficient in MS Office Teamwork and problem-solving skills The base pay for this position is N/AIn specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
