As a Finance, FP&A & Digital Innovation Intern, you will support the Poland Finance team in key financial planning, reporting, accounting, and process improvement activities. This internship is a great opportunity to learn how Finance operates in a multinational organization, support budgeting and forecasting processes, assist with financial reporting and accounting tasks, and contribute to digital transformation initiatives. A strong focus of this role will be on improving Finance processes and tools through data analytics, automation, AI-enabled solutions, and Power BI dashboard creation and maintenance. What You’ll Do: Support the Finance team in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and variance analysis activities. Assist in preparing standard and ad hoc financial reports, presentations, and management summaries. Support monthly closing activities, accounting documentation, reconciliations, and data accuracy checks. Execution, monitoring, and documentation of key accounting and financial controls. Monitor Accounts Payable open items, identify and escalate aging or delayed transactions, and coordinate with local stakeholders and BSC teams to investigate, resolve, and prevent processing issues. Help collect, consolidate, and validate financial data from different systems and stakeholders. Support the creation, enhancement, and maintenance of Power BI dashboards and reporting tools. Use digital and AI-enabled tools to identify opportunities for process simplification, automation, and efficiency improvement. Participate in Finance transformation and continuous improvement projects. Collaborate with FP&A, Accounting, Finance Business Partners, and other stakeholders across the organization. You should apply if you have: Student status or recent graduate status in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field. Basic understanding of financial, accounting, and business concepts. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Interest in digital tools, data analytics, automation, and AI solutions. Good communication skills and willingness to work with different stakeholders. Ability to manage tasks independently, meet deadlines, and learn quickly. Very good command of English and fluent Polish. Practical experience using AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or other productivity and automation solutions. Interest in Finance process improvement, digital transformation, and reporting automation. Experience working with data visualization, dashboards, or large datasets through university projects, internships, or personal initiatives. Curiosity, proactive mindset, and willingness to bring fresh ideas to improve the way Finance works.
