Job Description The Poland Learning & Development Lead will play a key role in shaping how we build capabilities, develop talent, and strengthen a culture of continuous learning across Poland. Working closely with business leaders, HR, commercial teams, and global L&D colleagues, this role will identify capability needs, develop learning strategies, and deliver impactful solutions that help individuals and teams grow, adapt, and perform in a rapidly changing healthcare environment. We are looking for a leader who combines strong learning expertise with business acumen, brings fresh thinking and innovation, and can translate business priorities into meaningful development experiences. While experience in the life sciences industry is desired, we also welcome candidates from innovation-driven sectors such as technology, consulting, FMCG, or other environments where capability building, leadership development, and organizational learning are highly advanced. Key Responsibilities: Shape and execute the learning and capability-building strategy for Poland in line with business priorities. Partner with leaders to identify capability gaps and develop solutions that improve performance, leadership effectiveness, and organizational growth. Plan and deliver learning solutions that accelerate sales force readiness, enhance omnichannel execution, and support critical product launch strategies. Introduce innovative learning approaches, tools, and methodologies that enhance employee development and engagement. Build strong partnerships across local and global stakeholders to foster a culture of continuous learning. Measure learning impact and continuously improve programmes using data and business insights. What We Are Looking For: Experience in Learning & Development, Capability Building, Commercial Excellence, or a related field. Experience working in a dynamic and innovation-driven environment, with a proven ability to adapt quickly to an evolving business context and learn new skills. Ability to translate business priorities into practical and impactful learning and capability-building programmes. Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, including experience working with senior leaders. Life sciences experience (pharmaceutical, biotech, medtech) is desired but not required.
