Job Description SummaryThe Business PMO Project Leader is a key strategic position within the LATAM Business PMO organization, responsible for leading the end-to-end execution of high-impact initiatives focused on process automation, artificial intelligence, productivity improvement, and the continuous maintenance and enhancement of the existing project portfolio. This role owns the automation funnel from intake and assessment through delivery, governance, and long-term sustainment, acting as a critical bridge between business needs and technology enablement. By leveraging AI and modern automation to accelerate delivery and unlock strategic value — across a growing ecosystem of business-critical solutions (RPAs, Power Apps, analytics platforms, Python-based automations, AI-driven solutions, and workflow solutions hosted on virtual machine servers) — this position directly supports GE HealthCare LATAM's transformation agenda, driving measurable impact on productivity, cost, customer experience, and margin. What you’ll do: Lead end-to-end execution of automation, AI, and productivity projects, from assessment and business case through delivery, governance, and closure. Own the automation funnel (RPA, Power BI, Python, AI/GenAI, and custom apps), ensuring quality and predictable outcomes. Apply AI to strategic projects and team productivity, adopting AI tools (e.g., Copilot) to accelerate delivery and scale capacity. Sustain and improve existing solutions — apps, dashboards, RPAs, and Python automations — ensuring stability and evolution. Maintain automation infrastructure, including VM servers hosting scheduled routines, bots, and scripts. Manage governance and prioritization, ensuring transparency on workload, timelines, benefits, and SLA discipline. Build robust business cases, quantifying benefits and P&L impact (Cost of Sales, SG&A). Partner cross-functionally to capture demand and translate business needs into scalable solutions. What you need to have: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science. 7+ years leading project management and/or automation initiatives, ideally in a PMO or transformation function. Strong Microsoft Power Platform skills (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI/DAX), SharePoint, and RPA. Solid programming (C#,Python) for automation scripts, data processing, and API integrations. Practical experience applying AI/Generative AI and AI productivity tools (e.g., Copilot) to business problems. Experience administering and maintaining virtual machine (VM) servers for hosted automations. Strong business case, benefits quantification, and P&L understanding.
