Job Description角色与职责 1. 临床营销方案区域落地 承接总部产品市场团队制定的临床营销策略及市场推广方案，结合区域市场特点制定落地计划并推动执行； 根据区域业务目标及市场需求，策划并实施各类市场活动，提升品牌影响力及客户覆盖率； 监控市场活动效果，持续优化区域市场投入产出效率。 2. 支持跨省的区域活动策划及落地 策划并组织跨省区域学术会议、培训项目及临床交流活动； 搭建区域学术生态和临床价值传播平台，推动先进临床理念及超声解决方案推广； 深度维护区域KOL网络，促进学术影响力持续提升。 3. 区域临床客户与KOL维护运营 支持区域销售负责人（RGM）建立体系化客户管理机制； 深入理解临床需求及市场变化趋势，挖掘潜在市场机会； 收集并反馈市场信息、客户声音及竞争动态，为产品及市场策略优化提供依据。 4. 跨部门协同与业务支持 与产品经理、销售、应用等团队保持密切协作，推动市场项目高质量执行； 支持区域重点客户及战略项目，促进市场线索转化及业务增长； 推动最佳实践沉淀与经验分享，提升区域市场运营效率。 基本资格 具备区域市场活动策划及项目管理经验。 具有超声、影像设备、临床推广或学术营销经验者优先。 可接受区域内短途出差，具备独立策划、落地线下学术活动实操经验。 Inclusion and Diversity GE HealthCare is an Equal Opportunity Employer where inclusion matters.
