Work Schedule Standard (Mon-Fri) Environmental Conditions Office Job Description How you will make an impact: The BioProduction Group (BPG) drives $4B yearly revenue through a diverse set of businesses and market segments. We continue to grow our data analytics functional support to enable these businesses as we aim to champion digital transformation within BPG. We are looking for a Sr Analyst, Engagement to drive adoption, training, change management, and business readiness across Digital Finance solutions. This role will partner closely with Finance stakeholders and Intake and BI reporting team members to strengthen Finance’s digital skills, support business-ready metrics, improve dashboard usability, and help users gain value from reporting and analytics tools. The ideal candidate is a strong Power BI user who can interpret data, support ad hoc reporting needs, design effective visuals, and translate user feedback into practical improvement requests. This role does not require deep technical development skills such as DAX or back-end data modeling, but it does require strong dashboarding skills, business acumen, analytics capability, and a customer-centered mindset. Key Responsibilities: Partner with Finance stakeholders to define business-ready metrics, clarify reporting needs, and translate business questions into clear reporting expectations. Support ad-hoc reporting and analysis requests by reviewing available data, identifying automation opportunities, developing metrics, and creating views that answer business questions. Improve dashboard wireframes, layouts, visual design, navigation, and user experience to ensure Digital Finance reporting outputs are intuitive, actionable, and easy to adopt. Lead user training, communications, and change management activities to drive adoption of Digital Finance dashboards, reporting tools, and self-service capabilities. Act as a Power BI super user and business-facing advisor, helping users understand dashboards, troubleshoot usage questions, and build confidence with self-service reporting. Gather and synthesize user feedback to identify adoption barriers, reporting pain points, training needs, and opportunities to improve dashboard usability and business value. Collaborate closely with Intake team to clarify user needs, define business values, and support stakeholder messaging and effective adoption plans. Champion continuous improvement by identifying recurring user challenges and recommending practical ways to simplify the reporting experience. Minimum Requirements / Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Business, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in Finance, reporting, analytics, stakeholder engagement, training, change management, or a related function. Strong Power BI skills from a business user and dashboarding perspective, including dashboard navigation, filtering, visual interpretation, report storytelling, and user experience best practices. Experience defining or supporting business metrics, reporting requirements, dashboard enhancements, or analytics use cases. Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills, with the ability to train users and explain reporting concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences. Strong visual design mindset, with the ability to evaluate dashboards for usability, clarity, layout, navigation, and business impact. Ability to drive adoption, influence stakeholders, manage feedback, and support users through reporting, dashboard, or process changes. Strong attention to detail, curiosity, and continuous improvement mindset. Ability to work effectively in a matrixed environment with Finance, Commercial, IT, and business stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications: Experience supporting Finance reporting, FP&A, commercial reporting, operational reporting, or similar business reporting environments. Experience creating training materials, dashboard documentation, user guides, adoption resources, or change management support materials. Familiarity with dashboard design principles, UI/UX concepts, data visualization, best practices, and business storytelling. Working knowledge of PowerBI, Excel, PowerPoint, and other reporting tools. Demonstrated ability to improve user adoption of reporting tools, digital processes, analytics solutions, or self-service reporting capabilities. Compensation and Benefits The salary range estimated for this position based in California is $103,100.00–$154,700.00. This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
