Work Schedule Other Environmental Conditions Adherence to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Safety Standards, Cleanroom: no hair products, jewelry, makeup, nail polish, perfume, exposed piercings, facial hair etc... allowed, Some degree of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) required (safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs etc.), Standing for full shift Job Description Job Summary To safely manufacture products to the required quality and production standards by following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and site safety requirements. Key Responsibilities Operate manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently. Follow SOPs, GMP and quality standards. Complete production documentation accurately. Meet daily production and quality targets. Carry out routine equipment checks and report faults. Maintain a clean and safe working environment. Support continuous improvement initiatives. Work collaboratively with colleagues across the manufacturing team. Skills & Experience Essential Good communication and teamwork skills. Strong attention to detail. Ability to follow written procedures. Basic computer skills. Flexible approach to work. Desirable Previous manufacturing experience. Experience working within a GMP or regulated environment. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles. Key Behaviours Safety focused. Quality driven. Reliable and accountable. Positive team player. Willingness to learn and develop. Working Pattern This role operates on a 5-day rotating shift pattern, working Days, Afternoons and Nights, rotating on a weekly basis.
