As a Commercial Manager, you will report to the Head of P&L, and be accountable for the performance and growth of one of CarTrawler's four P&L lines. Your primary responsibility is to align and focus the Trading Squad on the highest-value commercial opportunities, setting priorities and ensuring resources are aligned to deliver them. Trading Squads are cross-functional, self-organised teams with expertise in digital marketing, pricing, analytics, CRM, data science, and partner management. They bring together these capabilities to solve complex commercial problems and drive trading performance. You will be responsible for driving profitable growth and strong trading performance while maintaining high levels of partner satisfaction.
