This Position reports to: Operations Manager Your role and responsibilities In this role, you will have the opportunity to plan, direct, and monitor all activities in the warehouse. Each day, you will develop and manage warehouse operations to effectively control the receipt, storage, picking, and dispatch of products, systems, and services to customers. You will also showcase your expertise by proposing and managing the annual warehouse budget. The work model for the role is: #LI-Onsite This role is contributing to the Electrification business in Distribution Solution division at Nashik, India. You will be mainly accountable for: Operating within the approved budget and managing the warehouse staff activities to optimize resource utilization and determines corrective actions for cost-related issues as necessary. Improving warehouse operations using lean practices. Planning and optimizing warehouse utilization and inventory. Monitoring the storage, delivery, and dispatch of orders and keeping stock control systems up to date; and overseeing stock control and processing orders. Qualifications for the role Degree in Electrical Engineering (should be full-time) You have 10 to 15 years of experience in Inventory / Warehouse Management, Material Handling and Storage, Coordination with Inbound and Outbound production and Logistics team Experience in documentation compliance like Ontime GRN in SAP. ISO and Safety Documentation.
