Then this is the perfect job for you. • Job Overview: As a Construction Manager at the Alce Blanco Plant, you will be responsible for generating structural and utilities assessments for the installation of new machines. You will project estimated timelines, identify risks, and optimize construction strategies to add value to the business. Your role includes creating construction strategies, service catalogs, and installation routes while ensuring quality and safety throughout the process. • Key Responsibilities: Conduct structural and utilities assessments for new machine installations, projecting timelines and identifying risks. Develop unified construction strategies and service catalogs, ensuring alignment across different fronts. Optimize construction processes to generate business value while guaranteeing quality and safety. Manage vendor relationships to ensure timely and efficient execution of construction activities. Coordinate installation routes and oversee the construction process end-to-end. Job Qualifications • Hard Skills: Understanding of piping and instrumentation for production machine installations. Planning skills to create unified construction strategies with multiple teams. Vendor management expertise. • Soft Skills: Strong leadership and communication abilities. Problem-solving and risk management skills.
