Job DescriptionThe Facilities Cleaning Lead is responsible for overseeing all site cleaning and housekeeping activities to maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment across production areas, offices, cafeterias, restrooms, warehouses, and common areas. This role supervises janitorial personnel and coordinates daily cleaning schedules. Responsibilities: Lead and coordinate janitorial and housekeeping staff. Oversee cleaning of production areas, offices, cafeterias, restrooms, locker rooms, and common spaces. Ensure execution of daily, weekly, and periodic cleaning schedules. Conduct routine inspections and address cleanliness deficiencies. Manage cleaning supplies, chemicals, equipment, and vendor services. Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and site housekeeping requirements. Train personnel on proper cleaning procedures and safe chemical handling. Maintain cleaning records and support audits, inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives.
