As a Manager, Manufacturing (Cleanroom Packaging), you will lead a critical operation responsible for the safe, compliant, and efficient packaging of medical devices that impact patients worldwide. This role offers the opportunity to shape manufacturing performance, develop high-performing teams, and drive continuous improvement within a highly regulated cleanroom environment. What You Will Do Lead daily cleanroom packaging operations to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives while ensuring compliance with regulatory and company requirements. Develop and manage supervisors, team leaders, and production associates through performance management, coaching, workforce planning, and succession planning activities. Drive operational excellence by monitoring and improving key performance indicators related to productivity, quality, service, labor efficiency, and inventory performance. Ensure compliance with cleanroom standards, contamination control requirements, product traceability processes, and quality system procedures. Direct production execution, capacity utilization, resource allocation, and equipment readiness to support business and customer demands. Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing principles to reduce waste, improve process performance, and increase operational efficiency. Oversee investigations, corrective actions, preventive actions, audit readiness activities, and resolution of quality or compliance findings. Partner with Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, Planning, Environmental Health & Safety, and Human Resources teams to deliver strategic objectives and support future growth plans. What You Will Need Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Minimum 7 years of manufacturing or packaging experience. Minimum 3 years of leadership experience managing supervisors, team leaders, or large manufacturing teams. Experience working within a regulated manufacturing environment. Experience leading operational excellence or continuous improvement initiatives. Experience managing performance through key performance indicators and structured management systems. Fluent English language proficiency. Preferred Qualifications Experience within the Medical Device, Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Automotive, or Aerospace industries. Knowledge of GMP, ISO 13485, and FDA regulatory requirements. Experience establishing, expanding, or optimizing cleanroom operations. Experience with manufacturing automation, digital manufacturing, or packaging technologies. Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
