Job Title Product Manager, Branch Solutions About your role: As a Product Management - Advisor, you will define and execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap for branch banking solutions that help financial institutions improve efficiency, strengthen client relationships, and deliver better customer experiences. You will work across product, engineering, user experience, sales, marketing, implementation, and support teams to deliver integrated branch solutions that drive measurable business and client outcomes. What you'll do: Define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap for branch banking and retail delivery solutions. Lead product planning and execution across the product lifecycle, from concept and requirements through launch and ongoing optimization. Engage with financial institutions, advisory groups, user communities, and industry stakeholders to identify market opportunities, validate product concepts, and prioritize investments. Translate client needs, market trends, competitive intelligence, and business objectives into actionable product strategies and roadmap decisions. Partner with engineering, architecture, user experience, implementation, and operations teams to deliver high-quality solutions aligned to organizational goals. Collaborate with core banking, digital banking, payments, fraud, customer relationship management, analytics, and third-party ecosystem teams to support integrated client experiences. Manage product business cases, portfolio planning, pricing strategies, and investment prioritization to support product and portfolio performance. Support go-to-market readiness through product messaging, presentations, demonstrations, launch preparation, and subject matter expertise for branch banking solutions. Experience you'll need to have: 6+ years of experience in product management leading enterprise software, branch banking, retail banking, or financial technology solutions. 6+ years of experience developing and managing product roadmaps aligned to strategic business objectives. 6+ years of experience leading products through multiple stages of the product lifecycle, from strategy through delivery and market adoption. 6+ years of experience evaluating business and technical requirements and making prioritization decisions across cross-functional stakeholders. Experience working with engineering, architecture, user experience, operations, implementation, sales, and support teams to deliver product outcomes. Experience using application programming interface-based integrations or similar ecosystem connectivity approaches. Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Technology, Finance, Engineering, or related field or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience. Experience that would be great to have: Experience with branch banking, teller systems, retail banking platforms, customer servicing solutions, or branch operations. Experience with branch transformation, universal banker, or branch modernization initiatives. Experience with digital account opening, onboarding, customer relationship management, customer engagement, or omnichannel banking solutions. Experience with Agile product development environments, public cloud platforms, software as a service architectures, artificial intelligence, automation, or workflow technologies. How you'll work: This role is on-site Monday through Friday.
