Lead internal EHS audits, compliance assessments, management reviews, and corrective action programs. Monitor EHS performance indicators and prepare management reports, dashboards, and trend analyses. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce incidents, improve compliance, and strengthen safety culture Assessing and reporting site safety performance quarterly using the Safety Assessment for Effectiveness (S.A.F.E.) tool. Especially develop, review, and approve equipment-specific Machine guarding,LOTO,PIV, risk assessment, contractor management etc. procedures. Developing, planning, implementing and maintaining an EHS management system for the organization that meets the TE Safety Assessment for Effectiveness (SAFE) requirements, implements TE environmental sustainability programs, ensures compliance with all relevant regulations, TE policies and TE specifications and provides for continuous improvement in EH&S performance. Establishing and developing teams for driving EHS improvements and managing EHS programs, including site safety and environmental committees; energy teams and behavioral safety teams.
